    Conditions of Service

    1.Booking

    1. The company reserves the right of journey routes unless otherwise agreed in advance or directed by specific instruction by the client.
    2. The client must not act or request in any way an action which contravenes or causes to contravene any part of legislation which applies to the use of vehicles as applied under the Road Traffic Act.
    3. The company accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage to any luggage or property carried in or on the vehicle if such a loss or damage should occur.
    4. Brunel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, which will not exceed the minimum charge. However no charge will apply if notice is received one hour before the pre-booked journey time within the U.K. For Rest of World bookings, cancellation notification must be received either online, via App or by email within 4 hours of the scheduled pick-up time otherwise a cancellation fee will apply. Please note: Cancellation fee for overseas bookings may vary from country to country.
    5. Bank Holiday and Christmas Surcharges are applicable.
    6. All disputes relating to the service provided must be notified within 48 hours of invoice receipt.
    7. In the event of any claim against the company arising out of performance of hire, the company’s liability shall be limited to a refund not exceeding the cost of the hire.
    8. The company cannot accept responsibility for delays, howsoever caused.

    2.Alterations to the terms & conditions

    The company reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions after consultation with the customer.

    3. Termination of account

    The company reserves the right to terminate without notice. In the event of that invoices are not paid within 30 days of the invoice date, the account may be placed on hold without notice subject to settlement of the invoice being received. 4. Charges All charges are calculated online and are subject to review by Brunel. Clients will be notified of changes 30 days in advance unless otherwise agreed. Accounts are payable by Credit Card, Direct Debit and Bacs. Accounts paid by cheque are due 30 days after invoice date. Late payment interest may be charged at 2% interest per month. Brunel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. 5. Payments Late Payment interest may be charged at 2% interest per month
